Summary: In a sea of Ed Gein tryouts, this one stands out for a specific reason. He's not doing the killings alone, and his partner is not human.

History: Judd, a crazed Vietnam veteran, owned a small hotel known as the Starlight Hotel in Texas. He has a thing against people, mostly woman, and when he isn't showing them the business end of his scythe, he's feeding them to his pet Nile crocodile, Rocky.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After hunting a family for some time, Judd goes even nuttier, but is shoved into the water for his actions. Rocky turns on his master and eats him, leaving behind his prosthetic hand.

Powers/Abilities: Judd always carries a big scythe.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 2.5-While Judd does a good job conveying an unhinged killer, Rocky sort of falls flat due to being a very obvious prop being pushed around.

Trivia: -Judd is mostly based on Joe Ball, a Texan serial killer known for keeping many alligators, and he may or may not have fed most of his victims to them.
